Shipping Policy

Placing an Order

1 - For first time users, go to ‘ACCOUNT’. Fill up the required fields and then submit. You will receive an email confirmation.

2 - Login into your account using the ‘LOG IN’. Enter your email address and password, and then click ‘LOGIN’.

3 - Please select the category you wish to buy from and select which product you wish to preview.

4 - Select your desired quantity and click ‘ADD TO CART’.

5 - Now you can either click ‘CONTINUE’ to add more items to your cart, or review your current order by clicking ‘Shopping cart & Continue’.

6 - To finalize your order, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’. This will take you to the checkout page.

7 - Enter your complete billing and shipping information.

8 - Select your desired payment method. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.

9 - Select your bank and enter bank details and please ensure all details are correct. Then click ‘SUBMIT. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully placed.

Forgot Password

If you happen to forget your password, simply click on the “Forgot your password” link on the Login page. Then you will be asked to enter the email address you used to register for the first time. We will send a link to reset your password to your email account.

Shipping Guide

All orders are subject to product availability.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Delivery Terms

Order before 12:00 PM to have the items delivered 1-2 days. Due to high demand, orders made on Wednesday afternoon will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday within the State of Kuwait. Estimated regular delivery time within the State of Kuwait will be 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) from time of order confirmed. When placing order, please provide complete address and contact numbers to avoid any delays.

For international shipping, an estimated delivery time between 3 - 4 days depending on the country. We will provide you confirmation once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within seven business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Saturday to Thursday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Fridays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Cancellation Policy

The final step on the checkout page is ‘ORDER REVIEW’. Please make sure to review your orders and the shipping rates. Order cancellation and change of orders will be possible only at the stage before payment. Once the transaction has been paid, it cannot be cancelled.
